Mentoring Program

Meaningful Connections. Lasting Impact

Young adults transitioning from foster care often navigate adulthood without the consistent support many of their peers rely on. A mentor provides encouragement, guidance, and a dependable relationship during life’s most important milestones.

 What does Mentoring look like:

Meeting for coffee or lunch
Celebrating milestones together
Exploring resources and career interests
Practicing life skills
Engaging in the Community
And all of the in-between

• Be matched for at least a year
